Why Practice?

Practicing is the key to improve your skills over time and builds up muscle memory for proper technique.

Beginner Drills

Shadow Practicing

Practice footwork and stroke movemnts without a shuttle. Focus on builing muscle memory.

1. Stand in ready position.
2. Practiice forehand and backhand swings.
3. Move around imaginary court posittions.
4. Repeat for 5–10 minutes.

Wall Drills

Hit the shuttle against the wall to improve reation, accuracy and grip switching from forehand to backhand grip.

1. Stand 2–3 meters froom a wall.
2. Hit the shuttlecock against the wall continuouusly.
3. Alternate from forehand and backhand stroks.
4. Aim for consistency and accuracy.

Service Practice

Practice short serve repeatedly to build consistency.

1. Place cones or markers in different court zones.
2. Aim your shots at each target.
3. Track your accuracy over time.
4. Repeat with both forehand and backhand strokes.
